I just moved to Almaty about 2 months ago from Atlanta, Georgia. I have been trying to maintain a Raw Food diet. Does anyone know of any local resources in which to purchase such items as Flax Seed, food dehydrators, Nama Shoyua, agave and the like? Also, does anyone have any suggestions of the best stores to order from from the states that will ship to Almaty?
