Teaching in Korea

I am an American with a brand new teaching degree and I am considering an English teaching position for the Poly Returnee Institute, in Seoul. I have been hearing very mixed reviews on teaching English in Korea, and I am wondering if anyone can give me advice on where to look for a position, or any info on the Poly Institute's reputation.
