Pet Cat in Kuwait

Hello,

I'm an Aerican expat currently living in Dubai, UAE and want to bring along with me my pet cat. She has all of the shots and certificates.

Will I have any prblems at tte airport getting her through customs?

Are there problems in finding ground floor apartments or single story villas in which to live. (This cat is used to her freedom as we currently live in a single story villa here in Dubai).

Any help will be appreciated.
