Costs in Kuwait

My husband has an offer in Kuwait. I expect I'll look for work as well (I'm a dietitian and certified diabetes educator). At any rate, I've got two sons (10 and 14) and I have some probably pretty basic questions. First, is there things fro them to do there? Second, what is the price of a few basic grocery items like bread, milk, etc?

I'd appreciate any help I could get.
