moving with teenagers

ust moved here from Dubai with my husband. My children boys aged 14 & 17 are joining us in August. looking for accomodation in 3 bed Apatment/compound salwa/messilla area with pool, tennis or generally somewhere other western teenager would be. Staying temp for two weeks at spanish villas salwa. any info helpfull on what life like for teenagers etc
