How to get a landline connection

Hello,

I recently moved to Mangaf from Salmiya. I would like to have a landline hooked up in my apartment. I have the wall connection already available, I believe it is just a matter of going to the right place and having the line/number activiated. The main reason for this is so that I can eventually get a broadband internet connection.

I knew where to go in Salmiya - the Ministry of Communications - does anyone know where to go for this service in Mangaf? Thanks for any advice.
