AIS - is it better to teach at now?

My husband wants to change schools in Kuwait next year and we were wondering about AIS.

I have read that they have similar problems that we all have here ...but they are one of the few IBO schools.
He is an IT teacher and a homeroom middle school teacher. Any information would be helpful.
