info on kuwait

Hi everyone;

I have been offered a role in Kuwait. I was wondering if anyone has got any experiences they would like to share about the working culture in kuwait - specifically from the perspective of being in a management / training role?

Given that a large number of Americans, Australians, Indians and Singaporeans have worked in the industry i am heading for, any American / Aussie / Indian or Singaporean perspectives would be very much appreciated.

Also, can anyone comment on living conditions and expenses there? are there any on-line reports on such matters? If so please just post some useful links.
