Women in Kuwait

Hello,
My boyfriend just took a job offer at the Crown Plaza in Kuwait. He really enjoys his job so far and I got a job offer as well. I tried to read as much as I can about the country, but there are still several questions. I hope someone can answer some of them.

1.As we are not married (our employers are fully aware of the situation), I am a bit worried if this will a problem. For instance, if we wanna rent an apartment.

2.I will work in the restaurant business. Has anybody any experience from a restaurant over there... e.g. hard rock cafe, ruby tuesdays, etc.

When it comes to promotions at the work place, are women considered to be equal with men. I dont mean this rude, but I really not familar with the country customs.

3.I will fly in on visit visa. What are the costs and prodecures to turn this visa into a work visa or ID?

4.My offer includes a health insurance for public hospitals and no dental care. Are public hospitals ok or how much does it cost to go to a private doctor? How much do I have to pay for dental care?

5.Is a six day working week normal in the restaurant business?

6.I know this a weird concern, but as I am a woman I was wondering: How are the procedures in case you get pregnant?

I really apreciate any response as I am not sure if I should go.
