Domestic Help Needed

Currently, my husband and I are working and living in Abu Dhabi. We have a 23 month old daughter, and we have a nanny that comes to us 6 days a week from 7am to 6pm. How hard is it to find domestic help in Kuwait? We are considering a move to kuwait in the next couple of months. I am considering working upon arrival in addition to my husbands job, however, I need to get set up first. Are there any agencies, or postings for ladies seeking jobs as nannies and maids?
