Female Athlete wants to train

Hi I'm a female athlete coming to work as a teacher in Kuwait as from August. Does anyone know where a female athlete can train for throws, such as hammer, discus, javelin, shot and heavy hammer? I have emailed the Kuwait Athletics Federation but the email gets bounced...any ideas??
