Toddler groups

Hi, I am a mum with an 18 month old son, moving to Kuwait city next month and looking for toddler groups for my 18 month son. Also if any one has recommendations of areas to live would be really helpful. I love to swim (25 or 50 m lengths) so close to a nice swimming complex would be lovely. Also, is it easy to get around the city by public transport and are taxi's expensive? Many thanks, Mic
