Going overseas to work for csakuwait.

I need honest information on how csa treats their employees in kuwait. I hear good and bad things about this company and really feel hesitant on going through with this. I have a baby girl I need to support and want to be sure if this is a right move for the both of us. She will of course stay in the u.s. with her grandma while I am over there. If there is someone in kuwait who can give me honest info, I would like to chat with you if thats ok.
