Should I consider moving to Kuwait?

Hi there. I am a Lebanese female. I have been working as a manager for the last 7 years in Dubai. I am considering a job offer at a senior managerial level in Kuwait. What salary range should I expect, how expensive is a one bedroom in a decent area, how is the lifestyle in Kuwait, is it very different from Dubai? Any advice is welcome
