Maid rooms

Hi,

I am in the process of moving out to kuwait from the uk with my family. Can anyone recommend a company, website or service that can help find an apartment to rent?

Also my eldest son is at university and so while he will not be coming out we will need room for him when he comes over, as most places have a maids room would this be classed as a "single bedroom" in the uk?
