Lung Scarring!

Hello!

Any idea, if the applicant had a lung scarring due to PTB ( pulmonary tuberculosis) treated for six months,negative for active bacilli and the lung is clear but the scar is still in the right upper lobe,it is OK to work in the Bahamas. some information please thank you.
