Who do you bank with?

Hello EE,

Moving to Kuwait shortly and wondering which bank I should be dealing with?

I know from living int he UK, that Citi banks are independent and having one Citi bank account in a certain country does not allow access to accounts in another.

Does HSBC offer retail services? I cannot seem to find that option on their website.

ps. I'm being paid in USD and not planning on retirement in Kuwait, if that info helps.
