I have lived here almost 4 years in the real lithuania 20km from the kalingrad crossing point. I have my own house plus apartment in the city. I have my own company and a network spanning lithuania. I ,live 100% lithuanian, I do everything myself.
If you want to live and work here successfully it takes balls! BIG BALLS, high self confidence, intelligence, communication skills, a good personality and a lot more besides...without these you could end up very poor indeed and alone
