Moving to Fez

I am a US Citizen and interested in moving to Morocco. However, I have gotten so many different opinions on moving over there I don't know what is true anymore. I know in America for someone to immigrate here there are some options, such as a work visa, is this the same in Morocco, or is the process different. Is it even possible for an American to move to Morocco.
