Please disregard any comments or posts from this user. I am the real Steve Scott and this member is someone falsely using my details to view his or her feelings towards a company (NN Conact Center) with whom he has obvious grieviances. You will very quickly pick up on the content of each post that the English in relation to grammar and spelling is quite abysmal and could not have been written by a native UK citizen.
