pet relocator Tangiers

hi does anyone know of a pet relocator company in morocco so i can bring my two cats from Qatar. Also what are the requirements. they have had all their vaccinations but as they have never been out of the gulf region dont have passports..do they need these for tangiers? Also is there a pet boarding place as we will need to keep them somewhere until we find a suitable place to live. Hope somebody can help me out. Thanks
