I am looking to buy a house in Fez and I wanted to know what the current price of a house is?
I am looking to buy an affordable house, what might be called an 'average' Moroccan house. I am not looking for the price of villa or the price which is commonly quoted to 'foreigners' who want to buy a holiday home.
My intention is to relocate to Morocco and pursue a life in studying the language and culture.
Any information will be greatly appreciated. I am specifically interested in Fez, not Marrakesh, Casablanca etc
