Marrying a Moroccon Lady

Hi there, I know there are other posts, but I was hoping for some up-to-date info.

I'm a UK citizen, a Muslim by birth. I intend to marry a moroccon lady and was wondering if anyone could share the experience in terms of procedure?

What do I have to do - is it easy or drawn out? Can you just go to the mosque or registry with your passport and birth certificate with the lady and her guardian (wali) with 2 witnesses and conduct the ceremony?
