Health Insurance in Marachech

Hi everyone: I am thinking of moving to Marachech with my little girl. I have been to Morocco 3 times, and I love it. however I seem to have one important challenge, and that is Medical Insurance. We live in Uruguay now (but are US citizens) and are covered medically very well here. Recently I was treated for "carcinoma in situ" of the breast. It is very, very early breast cancer, and very little of it, however they did do an excision.

So, now I have a "preexisting condition."

I understand the Polyclinique du Sud is the place to go in Marrachech.

Does anyone know how I can get covered there? Am I allowed to buy coverage when in Morocco, which gives me coverage at this clinic?
