please advice me

i'm married with girl from Philippines we was living in Dubai my wife she get immigrant to Canada and we had plane we will go 3 of us to morocco, when we are in morocco she went to Canada so she can sponsor me and are son as immigrant, but since MAY/1/2013 she didn't contact me i don't have no idea what happen to her , now my son staying here with me without no papers hes Philippines nationality, please advice me what should i do i need him to have Moroccan nationality hes 2 years and 8 months old child, please advice me if there's any help.
