Moving to Nepal

Hi, I'm thinking about moving to Nepal. I have visited the country before on holiday and loved Nepal and its people. Does anyone have any general advice on finding work (I have IT skills, but I am prepared to do most kinds of work, and would consider doing a TEFL course) and accomodation. Also, what are the issues regarding visas.
