Residence Visa

Good Day Everyone,

My daughter residence visa was rejected by ROP, because my name is not on daughter passport,only mother name is on the passport. Earlier ROP asked me to provide undertaking attested by Indian Embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which i provided, but still the application was refused stating that father name should be on passport.

Anyone can help me on this matter will be really helpful for me.
