Considering moving to Rawalpindi from London ...

I was born, brought up and educated in London and recently met someone in London who is originally from Pakistan. He wants to move back to Rawalpindi sometime in the future and has asked whether this is something I would consider. I have concerns regarding safety, natural disasters, lack of career opportunities and change in lifestyle. I'd be grateful for any advice from any expats from London who have moved to Rawalpindi or anywhere else in Pakistan.
