Diplomatic enclave Islamabad

Hi!

I am moving to Islamabad in 2-3 months.
I am thinking to go to diplomatic enclave instead of taking a house for security reasons.

Can someone tell me if there are some shops, gyms, pools inside diplomatic enclave?

It is allowed to my driver to drive the car inside of the enclave?
I am thinking in case of buying food, water and so on.

In case there are shops inside how are the prices compare with outside.
