US Female wanting to move to Lahore Pakistan

Hello. I'm a 43 year old female looking to move to Lahore Pakistan. My actual questions are how long after living in Lahore would I be considered an emigrant? And what are the average monthly expenses for a single person in Lahore, just about in the areas of Bahria Town or DHA Defence.

Some back story. I am divorced with adult children, so that takes care of that. I am not looking for a husband or significant other, so that isn't my interest in Pakistan. I am a freelance indie writer, so I have my career. I have researched extensively best areas to live in Lahore, am aware of the culture and am accepting of it. Just need the above information.
