Retirement - El Valle

Hi!
I am in the process of retiring and moving to Panama in the next 6-9 months. We are meeting Monday with the bank and contractor. We are getting a short-term construction loan while we wait for the house to sell in the U.S.

They will break ground next week on our retirement home in El Valle.
