People moving to Panama will often go through sites like Hemingway Hideaway, etc. they should be aware that the Hemingway site, as with several others, is run by people whose sole intent is to separate you from you finances. They never complete the construction, walking off the job when you're broke, contracts not-withstanding, leaving you with a partial house and no funds to complete it. There is a group active here that is trying to get out helpful information to any folks contemplating a move here and this writer will gladly assist with any information requested.
