Anyone obtain a visa for internet work?

Hello. I have a question that I can't seem to find an answer to on the internet. I'm hoping someone in Panama has a similar situation that can advise me. My husband works as an online professor for several U.S. Universities. He has a PhD and our income high. We don't want to invest in forestry unless necessary but cannot qualify for any of the other visas. Does anyone on this forum qualify based on internet income? Also, can anyone tell me if there are primary schools in Coronado? Any advice would be appreciated.
