This is a post to warn you about dealing with the law offices of Ms. Rainelda Mata-Kelly for immigration related issues in Panama!
She will give you the run around, milk you to death before, if ever, do what she promised and got paid for, and handsomely too!
The office is nice, well secured and a professional building (Torre De Americas) right by the Multi Plaza.
She would quote you a ton at he initial consultation which you might agree to, like I did, to get the whole from A-Z done.
Midway, and since you can't back out, she will ask for more, and more and more...
This had been my actual experience with her. $5000 into a simple Economic Residency Visa and two years into it and nothing!
