need apt. in panama or will housesit

Im coming to panama in early sept....I want to stay for extended 3 - 6 months....
prefer to go to volcon...David or boquete....area....or in that region....
will housesit and watch property for anyone traveling...
or will consider a rental...with short term lease.....
I am retired govt employee and have papers for pensiando visa, sqeaky clean record and I am a cert nutritionist and Naturopath...
