Indian vegetables and spices

I've been told there is a small indian community in Panama.

I've seen you can get some spices but not everything, would anyone know whether there is an indian supermarket to buy the indian vegetables such as ladies fingers, okra, and cardamon.

I would love to make an indian curry with the true ingredients.
