Passage to Panama

Hi,
we will be moving end of March from Florida to Panama and are looking for a passage where we can also bring our dog (our dog cannot go by airplane). It is very difficult to find a passage. I know that freighters/cruises have a no pet policy but I was wondering if you could help us finding a passage.
