Real Estate agent day tour

I read that this day tour was a waste of time
for $200 a day.
But I don't know what it involves, if they are
going to take us around the city and other areas,
is it worth the money, as apposed to getting a
taxi for a day? Or would it be cheaper and
more interesting to get a taxi driver?
So what I'm asking, is it worth it to do a $200 a day tour with the agents driver or is it better to get our own driver to take us around Panama and surrounding areas?
