Hi, was hoping someone out there could tell me if it is still possible to find a condo or house in the 60K price range other than a bamboo hut.
I ordered a seminar recap on Panama from International living which had a lot of good information but not sure how accurate their take was. They discussed a lot of different areas and found some propertys in the 80K and up. But I figure they probably have some tentacles in real estate thru out Panama. I'm also looking at Ecuador as a place to retire. I'm planning a trip there in September and thought I would make my return back to the states via Panama. I'm not sure if It is just a waste of time to think that I may find something in that price range. If any one reading this has any advice, a realtor contact, or info I would appreciate it.
I would love to live where I have an ocean view, but I don't know if that is possible on my budget. I like the fact that Panama has better infrastructure and medical over Ecuador so it would be great if I could find something there. Also, I don't have to live in an expat community, locals spanish speaking only is OK.
Look forward to any response.
