need advice on bilingual schools

Hello There,
If anyone has any advice or suggestions of bilingual schools outside of Panama City, I wouldn't mind hearing from you. My husband and I along with our two boys are planning our move to Panama for 2012 March. We are thinking of the Howard, Arrijan or Veracruz area.
Does anyone know if there is a bilingual school near Cerro Azul?
I wouldn't mind to hear from families who have children and the experiences you had with your move.
