Setting up a corporation in Panama

I have been advised to set up my new corporation off shore (outside the US) for a number of good reasons.
Do any of you have hands on experience doing so in Panama?
I have a few law firms soliciting to set it up for us in either Panama or Nevis but I want an independent recommendation from one of you if possible.
