Questions on a possible move...

My family and I are thinking of moving to Panama City. I had a few questions hopefully someone can answer. One reason for the move is to be close with her Mom and Dad who are Colombians. Are they eligable for the pensionado visa? What are the requirements? I may have a job offer from a company looking to outsource here or I may open a small business. How long will I have to wait to work? Will both myself and my family be able to wait in Panama? I think her Mom and Dad only need a passport so I'm assuming they can wait. Thanks!
