Cheese ..................

We have just returned to the UK from our first research trip to Panama - and we loved it! If anyone is interested in our experience, which covered Coronado, Altos del Maria, El Valle, Farallon and Pedasi, let me know and I'll post some details.

I can't think of any reason not to relocate at the moment, but the lack of real cheese could be a show-stopper! Anyone know where you can get Stilton, Brie, real Cheddar etc? Or am I going to have to start an artisan cheese business? Only half-joking..........
