My husband will be traveling to Costa Rica & Panama in October. I am thinking of going with him - We would be staying abouty 8 or 9 days in each country. How bad is the rainy season in Panama in October? I have heard some scary stories re: the weather in Panama in October. Also, what is the acceptable dress code - shorts, slacks for men dresses/casual pants, tops for women. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
