Beware: Conkasa and Inversiones Angie Marlene bad bs

Since I moved to Panama City, Panama, (which I just love, by the way),
found that the developer Conkasa, and Inversiones Angie Marlene, which folllows up on the business deal, have real bad business practice. They do not deliver the product you see on the internet. At least, that was not my case. However, now I found other developers which really seem to know their business, how to treat clients, and especially, Americans. So, just beware of those 2 companies.
