Many of the post are from the headlines of the news down here, so it's a lot of if it bleeds it leads type stories. One fact I was wrong on and was telling people about was to reset your tourist visa you had to leave the country for three days then come back in. Which is just not true, you can walk across the line to costa rica and get your passport stamped and walk right back in to panama.
