Driving across Panama

You all have given me great info re: driving from PC to Bocas and I thank you. I have another question. Does anybody have any recommendations about where to stay on our way there? We'd like to break it into 1 or 2 days. We want to see everything, but we also will have a couple of nights on our return trip. We want to see the beaches around Coronado, El Valle and some places on the pennisula.
