Panaexpat - you noted that you hired someone to stand in line for you etc. We have purchased property in Panama and will be moving there next year. In the meantime we are trying to get electricity and water connected. We have someone there but NOTHING happens while we are gone until the next time we get there. Can you give us the name and contac t details of someone who can do the chasing up for us.
