I am curious to know, when we move to Panama and took our small Kubota tractor and backhoe, would it count as household goods or a vehicle. We don't plan on bringing a car, due to all the good advise we have gotten here, just buy one there. We are still paying on the tractor, so it would be a moot point if the company would not let us take it out of the country, but it just might come in handy down there.
