soon to panama

Hi,I expect to be new to panama after june 2012...i just got back from almost 2 years in philippines and got used to it but not able to handle the common respiratory problems there that seem to always be around....i heard it was south east asia that has the problem a lot...I travelled in mexico,belize and guatemala 13 years ago and dont remember respiratory problems there....Not as cheap as asia in panama, but i hope to stay a year or up to 2 years between costa rica and panama...I would go back to USA every year or every 6 months for short visits to check on my place in hawaii and pay the taxes...
